How Acetylene compressor works
The gas enters the compressor from the intake pipe through the system valve, and after being compressed by the Acetylene compressor, it is discharged into the gas-liquid separator through the exhaust communication pipe, and then discharged through the gas-liquid separator. After the gas-liquid mixture discharged from the Acetylene compressor is separated in the gas-liquid separator, the gas is sent to the system that needs to compress the gas through the valve, and the working fluid is left in the gas-liquid separator. The working fluid in the compressor is supplied by the gas-liquid separator.
When the Acetylene compressor compresses the gas, the gas-liquid mixture is discharged from the compressor outlet, which will increase the temperature of the working fluid. Therefore, the working fluid discharged from the gas-liquid separation must be cooled by a heat exchanger. After the temperature of the working fluid drops, it can be recycled.
When the Acetylene compressor runs for a long time, the working fluid in the gas-liquid separation period will be lost to a certain extent. The working fluid consumed in the separator is supplemented by the valve to meet the working requirements of the acetylene purification equipment.
