Operating Regulations of Piston Air Compressor
1. Before starting
1.1 Check the "handover record".
1.2 Check the tightness of the anchor nuts of the air compressor (except the mobile type), the bonnet nuts of each suction and exhaust valve and other fasteners.
1.3 Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.
1.4 Check the tightness of the V-belt and whether the coupling is installed properly.
1.5 Check whether the safety protection device of the air compressor is feasible, whether the instrument is normal, and whether the various pipeline valves are intact.
1.6 Check whether the oil sump and oil level of the oiler are normal.
1.7 Open the water inlet and drain valves, start the circulating water pump (except for air cooling), make the waterway unblocked, and check whether there is water leakage at each connection.
1.8 Close the relief valve (or open the exhaust pipe bypass valve) to reduce the starting load of the air compressor.
1.9 Check whether the starting handle of each air compressor motor of the electrical appliance is in the starting position. If there is no problem, turn on the power and drive.
2. Drive operation
2.1 First turn the motor start switch intermittently, check the moving parts of the air compressor for abnormal noise, and confirm that it is normal before starting the motor.
2.2 After the motor is started, the air compressor should run for 5-6 minutes without load, and then gradually open the intake valve and put it into load operation.
2.3 When the air compressor is running, always pay attention to check whether the height of the oil sump surface of the fuselage and the oil level and the number of oil drops are normal.
2.4 At any time, pay attention to and check the readings shown on the pressure gauges and temperature gauges to make them within the allowable specified range.
2.5 Always pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor and the reading of the current and voltmeter should be within the allowable range.
2.6 When the pressure in the gas storage tank reaches the specified value, attention should be paid to whether the action of the safety valve and pressure regulator is sensitive and reliable, and the safety valve should be tested manually or automatically on a regular basis.
2.7 When the air compressor is running, the oil and water in the oil-water separator must be discharged every 2 hours of operation. The condensed oil and water in the air storage tank should be discharged once per shift. When the air temperature is high, the number of discharges should be increased.
2.8 The air machine should be stopped urgently in the following situations, and the reason should be found out, and the possible start-up should be ruled out.
2.8.1 The first and second level exhaust pressure gauges suddenly exceed the specified value;
2.8.2 The supply of cooling water is suddenly interrupted. If the drive takes a long time after the water is cut off, you must not immediately inject new cooling water into the cylinder water jacket, and wait for the cylinder to cool itself before starting the water supply;
2.8.3 The temperature of any part of the air compressor exceeds the allowable value;
2.8.4 The air compressor makes an abnormal noise;
2.8.5 When the supply of lubricating oil is suddenly interrupted;
2.8.6 When serious air or water leakage occurs in the air compressor;
2.8.7 When there are severe sparks between the slip ring and brush of the motor and at the line joints;
2.8.8 When other serious failures occur;
2.8.9 When repairing the air compressor equipment, the power supply should be cut off first, and the remaining gas in the equipment and gas pipes should be exhausted. Kerosene (gasoline is not allowed) when cleaning the cylinder valve parts, and the kerosene must be completely cleaned after cleaning. Can be assembled after volatilization. Wood chips, leather pieces, cotton yarn and other sundries shall not fall into the cylinder or gas storage tank and gas pipeline during maintenance and disassembly, so as to avoid blockage and fire and cause accidents.
2.8.10 When the air compressor is running, the operation status and the equipment inspection status shall be filled in the operation and inspection record book.
3.1 Gradually close the relief valve (or open the exhaust pipe bypass valve) to make the air machine enter the no-load operation state.
3.2 Cut off the power supply.
3.3 After 15 minutes of stopping the air compressor, the circulating water pump can be stopped, and the cooling water inlet valve can be closed.
3.4 Release the condensed oil and water in the intercooler and gas storage tank. In the low temperature in winter, all the water in the water jackets and intercoolers of all levels should be drained to avoid freezing and cracking the machine.
3.5 Carry out daily maintenance.
3.6 Fill in the "handover record" and do a good job of handover.
