A new type of diaphragm protection system for the synthesis section and circulation section of the high-pressure cylinder of the syngas compressor. Based on the well-known syngas compressor, a communication pipeline is added to the outlet of the circulation section of the high-pressure cylinder of the synthesis gas compressor and the outlet pipeline of the synthesis section. An emergency interlocking communication regulating valve is arranged on the communication pipeline, and an emergency stop interlocking venting valve is arranged on the outlet pipeline of the synthesis section of the syngas compressor.

The separator protection system of the synthesis section and the circulation section of the high-pressure cylinder of the syngas compressor includes the low-pressure cylinder of the syngas compressor, the syngas compressor, and the low-pressure cylinder is connected to the steam turbine, and the steam turbine is connected to the high-pressure cylinder of the syngas compressor.

The fresh gas inlet pipeline is connected to the low-pressure cylinder of the syngas compressor, the low-pressure cylinder of the syngas compressor, and the synthesis section of the high-pressure cylinder of the syngas compressor through the pipeline, the high-pressure cylinder of the syngas compressor, and the synthesis section are connected to the fresh gas outlet pipeline.

The circulating gas inlet pipeline is connected to the high-pressure cylinder of the syngas compressor. The high-pressure cylinder of the synthesis gas compressor in the circulation section and the outlet of the circulation section are connected to the circulation gas outlet pipeline.

It is characterized in that: the high-pressure cylinder of the synthesis gas compressor, the fresh gas outlet pipeline connected by the synthesis section, is connected with the circulating gas outlet pipeline through the communication pipeline; the communication pipeline is provided with an emergency interlocking communication regulating valve。

An emergency stop interlocking vent valve is arranged on the fresh gas outlet pipeline of the synthesis section of the synthesis gas compressor; a remote pressure differential instrument is set between the fresh gas outlet pipeline of the synthesis section and the circulating gas inlet pipeline.

The syngas compressor protection system is simple and easy to implement and can protect the compressor from being damaged due to the excessive pressure difference caused by the deformation of the separators of the synthesis section and the circulation section when the compressor is in an emergency shutdown.


Therefore, it is an urgent problem to provide a scheme to protect the safe operation of syngas compressor.
